Description: Please join me (and Peanut!) for this full length, 2-in-1 cardio and total body sculpting workout that you can do in a small space, with minimal equipment and no floor work required (it’s a great way to get moving even on really busy days!). This non-stop, low impact (meaning no jumping, but it still packs a punch!) cardio strength session is a great complete sweat session on super scheduled days when you are short on time, or it can be added on to your regular workout anytime. We'll use a lot of single-sided strength moves to help challenge the core and build your coordination while working multiple muscles at once to stay in the zone for the full workout.
